Cheah Wei Kin
Wei Kin was an accounting student in Sunway University, and served in Sunway SOLIDD from 2014 to 2016 in various operational roles. He has nearly 15 years of experience as a projectionist in church ever since his youth days, and is now very familiar with projection for weekly Sunday gatherings as well as for informal settings and special events.
Kae Sheng
Kae Sheng held multiple roles in Monash University Christian Fellowship throughout his university years. From Cell Group Coordinator to Vice President, his vast experience in university ministry has taught him not only the skills to be efficient in operational tasks across departments, but also to work effectively with people as well. Being organized is one of his fortes.
Jerome Leng
Pastor Jerome had plenty of emcee experience back in his Christian Fellowship in SMK Bukit Bandaraya, and currently serves as the Emcee Head of his local church. He has years of experience planning order of services for his church and has been training students in emceeing for 10 years now to lead their CF gatherings with greater clarity and confidence.
Wong Jia Jun
Jia Jun graduated from Monash University Malaysia with a Bachelor of Business & Commerce. He used to serve in the Monash University Christian Fellowship, working alongside like-minded Christians who were zealous to build up a God-centered CF. He currently leads three departments in his local church, is a Growth Group leader, husband and father, whilst working in a high-functioning team in a multinational company. Despite all of that, Jia Jun is zealous to make God known to the people around him and he is well prepared for evangelism in any situation that God puts him in.
Daniel Chandy
Daniel Chandy served at the Christian Fellowship throughout his university life. As a CF President in Monash University, he has experience leading CF and running multiple large-scale events. He is passionate about doing all things for Jesus, and that includes using marketing as a means for the CF to reach out to more people for God’s glory to be known.
Wei Wei
Wei Wei has been part of university ministry for 4 years. She used to be a president of INTI International University. She currently leads the Ushers department in her local church and has been serving in the usher ministry for more than 10 years.
Christie Chin
Christie has been serving in the Music Team of her university Christian Fellowship for 3 years, and was recently a Music Coordinator. She is also a keyboardist in her local church, and has experience being part of a music band, performing in various occasions in high school and college. Her musical talents also extend to classical piano, singing and playing the guitar.
Jonathan Chin
Jonathan served as the President of INTI Christian Fellowship back in 2015. With regards to the music ministry, he has more than 10 years of experience serving as a song leader, guitarist, and bassist in music teams for CF and church. The experience and training he’s received has taught him how to best utilize music as a tool to help others to glorify God in a god-centered way, while carefully and mindfully avoiding the all-too common temptation to be man-centered in our use of music for the worship of God.
Jeremy Wee
Jeremy is currently an apprentice in his church and over the years he has led countless bible studies with adults, university students, teens and even children! All of that experience has honed his skills in leading effective bible studies.
Voon Hui Shun
Hui Shun is a graduate from Monash University Malaysia, majoring in Pharmacy. When he was a university student, he served in Monash University Christian Fellowship as a small group leader for 3 semesters over the span of 2015 to 2016. Hui Shun’s experience in teaching the Bible does not stop at his graduation. He is actively discipling others and provides training to others to do the same, in both church and university ministry contexts.
Wilson Teh
Wilson currently heads the Public Bible Reading department in his local church. His interest in public reading began when he was in primary school listening to storytelling competitions. Inspired by movies like “The King’s Speech”, he believes that voices are powerful tools. Wilson believes that if God spoke through His Word, the way that we read aloud is key to us understanding the tone of which God’s truth is spoken.
Robin Gan
Pastor Robin graduated from Moore Theological College, and has nearly 20 years of ministry experience in various church backgrounds, both locally as well as overseas in Singapore and Sydney, Australia. He has a fair share of listening to and preaching sermons in church and para-church contexts. As the lead elder of Christ Evangelical Reformed Church, Robin is heavily involved in evaluating sermons by the younger pastors and church minister apprentices under his care, for the sake of their training and improvement.
Soung Hui
Soung was the CF Camp 2013 Commander in Taylor’s University Christian Fellowship (TUCF) and then she became the Vice President of TUCF from 2014-2015. It was in TUCF that she first learned how to read and teach the Bible and where she gained practical experience in leading small group bible studies, as well as teaching university students 1-on-1 on a weekly basis. Besides university ministry, she also has a lot of experience in teaching the Bible to a wide range of groups: kids, young working adults, mothers, and the elderly. But that’s not all. Other than teaching the Bible, she has taught English for 2 years to underprivileged kids, and was in charge of training customers or staff in various jobs she had in the past as an AV operator, barista and engineer.
Penny Lai
Penny is experienced in running many meetings in different contexts, including at Christian Fellowships, church and work. She is familiar with the obstacles to conducting effective meetings, and is here to help you overcome them in your CFs.
Samantha Lim
Samantha majored in accounting in Monash University Malaysia, and served in Monash University Christian Fellowship since 2014. She held multiple roles in Monash CF throughout the years, including being the CF President, Camp Commandant, Usher Coordinator, and Koinonia Group Leader. All that while surviving through her studies! She was a Maxis Scholar in 2014 and Genting ICAEW Scholar in 2018, and has been awarded the highest score in Malaysia for ICAEW Case Study in June 2022.
Vania Tan
Before Vania became a Christian, she was a highly ambitious student who joined 5 different clubs while maintaining good grades. And ever since she was convicted by the Gospel, Vania actively served in Monash University Christian Fellowship, being an Usher and Marketing Head in 2020 and serving as the CF President and Marketing Head in 2021 on top of discipling many younger Christians one-on-one. While fulfilling her various ministry roles and responsibilities in both Monash CF and her local church, Vania excelled in her studies, scoring 3.97 GPA! How did she do it? Find out at her workshop.
How-to, hands-on skills to explore
Joshua Tay
Joshua graduated from Imperial College London with a Master in Biomedical Engineering, and furthered his postgraduate studies in Education. As a former management consultant, Joshua has gone through the crucible of slide-making. In order to shape national policy, communicate effectively to entire organizations and support the decision making process for leaders of organizations and ministries, he has had to make slides which are both clear and impactful. With his training, he now makes slides for projection to support the preaching in his local church, and to teach his students in school.
Jovie
Jovie served at INTI Christian Fellowship as the Head of Media from 2016 to 2018 while she was studying a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing and Management. Without formally learning website design and development, Jovie is a self-taught website designer, being part of the website design team for her local church, and having built and published a website for premium retail store! And now she is here to share with you the hacks that she picked up along the way.
Kae Sheng
Kae Sheng held multiple roles in Monash University Christian Fellowship throughout his university years, including serving as a Cell Group Coordinator and Vice President. Upon graduating, he started work as a graduate trainee in a multinational company, and from there he settled down in a marketing and branding role. His work included gathering and analyzing data to improve his company’s sales. And for Kae Sheng, working with data in a CF context is not too different from what he was familiar with at work, and he is here to show you how you can be good at it even if you do not have prior experience in the task!
Robin Gan
Pastor Robin graduated from Moore Theological College, and has nearly 20 years of ministry experience in various church backgrounds, both locally as well as overseas in Singapore and Sydney, Australia. He is well-versed with the imperfect state of Christianity we are in, and he can relate to the struggle of selecting and inviting different preachers to Christian fellowship weekly. The good news is that he also has the hacks to get around the difficulty so that your CF can consistently hear the Word preached faithfully.
Emily Tai
Emily served in the Christian Fellowship for 2 years as a committee member during her university days. She started making TikToks videos for CF during the pandemic and has developed a passion for TikTok and Instagram Reels since then. With her creativity and experience, she’s here to give her tips on how to make TikToks and Reels for your CF without needing to be a pro at it!
Rebecca Tan
Rebecca was the Head of Publicity of INTI Christian Fellowship from 2018 to 2021 when she was a student at INTI International College Subang. In the 3 years, she sharpened her skills in creating content on TikTok and Instagram Reels. She has now been working in the digital marketing field for almost 2 years and have tons of experience being in front of a camera as well as creating content for her company. Rebecca also actively serves as a content creator in her church, brainstorming for content and editing videos.
Joel Tan
Joel, formerly a Master’s student at Taylor’s University is now a staff worker for Reformed University Fellowship (RUF) and a Growth Group leader at his local church. He has led several small groups and preached through various topics and books of the Bible to students in several universities over the past 2 years. His work as a staff worker has given him experience planning a teaching programme and running small groups.
Reuben Chua
During his CF days as a student at HELP University, Reuben has led Bible studies, and served as a Song Leader and Musician. He has been leading bands in and out of church since 2013, frequently leading bands for Sunday church gatherings and heading the music performances for special events such as Easter and Christmas. He sometimes does gigs for aspiring Malaysian artists. With his experience and musical giftings, Reuben is also a Music Producer for his local church.
Lim Xin Le
Xin Le used to study in International Medical University (IMU), serving in the Christian Fellowship CF for 5 years in multiple roles. She now leads the department of production house in her local church. She has been involved in many kinds of video productions, ranging from interview videos to music videos as well as skits. She is deeply passionate about translating God’s glorious gospel into meaningful videos that bring impact to people’s lives.
Lucas Tan
We are part of a visual generation that largely relies on visual storytelling to learn and process information. It’s with this reality that Lucas is inspired to teach theology through visual designing. Lucas has been designing for over 4 years in various Christian ministries, having been the head of Marketing and visual design in his university Christian Fellowship , and is currently the head of visual design in his local church. Lucas also served as a Bible study group leader, PA coordinator, emcee and musician during his time in his university CF.
Andy Goh
Andy had plenty of experience caring for people in International Medical University CF, serving as a small group leader for 2 years. He applies the skill and continues to serve his local church fervently in this aspect. It is his prayer that his experience in doing people work in CF and church can be used to bless your CFs.
Jonathan Koh
Jonathan graduated with a Bachelor of Business Analytics from Monash University Malaysia in 2021. Throughout his 4 years in Monash University Christian Fellowship, he has served as the Usher Head, Koinonia Group Leader and Vice President. On top of his official roles in Monash CF, Jonathan led the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiative of the CF, applying the skills learned from his course of study to analyze attendance trends and diligently working on the people who have set foot into CF.
Jerome Leng
Pastor Jerome was the CF president during his high school days and a leader of an evangelistic and discipleship movement during his time in university. He holds a Masters in Divinity from Southern Baptist Seminary, and currently serves as a staff member of Reformed University Fellowship (RUF) where he trains and develops students for CF leadership.
Jeremy Wee
Jeremy used to work as a Management Consultant which involved working together with some very big bosses in very big companies. There was always the pressure to perform and he has had to face many difficult and stressful moments in fulfilling the many responsibilities at work, yet his colleagues have always wondered how he always kept his chill
Wei Kin
From his university ministry group, to church and even at the workplace now, Wei Kin has always been known as the harmless friendly teddy bear by the people around him. Some say that his good vibes is unique only to him and cannot be replicated by others, but there are actual practical hacks for you to also become that welcoming and likeable person at your Christian Fellowship, and Wei Kin is here to share with you how he does it.

Winnie Lai
Winnie graduated from Monash University Malaysia with a Bachelor in Psychological Science and Business and worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist. She served as a President, Vice President and Small Group Leader in Monash University Christian Fellowship when she was a student. She has played an important role in shaping the culture in CF as a committee member, and is currently continuing to do so as a staff worker in a few university ministries.
Daniel Lu
Pastor Daniel has more than 12 years of experience in leading students in university ministry and providing training that they need. And of course, one of many is the mastery of coaching students to read the Bible and lead ministries well. He graduated from Trinity Theological College, Perth with a Bachelors in Theological Education, and is now actively applying his knowledge in discipling and teaching others in CFs and in his local church.
Penny Lai

Justin Liew
Justin is your trusty senior, having been in the university ministry setting since 2017 with Taylor’s University Christian Fellowship. He’s gathered experience in virtually every behind-the-scenes role throughout the 5 years to have overseen welcoming parties of 90+ people, with the largest number of newcomers in TCF history. Today, he continues to improve welcoming parties as he leads others in valuable soft skills such as public speaking, hospitality and creativity as President of the club.
Shaun Alex Thomas
Shaun has been a Malaysian Indian for 27 years of his life, born and raised in a traditional Indian background. During his university years, he served in Monash University Christian Fellowship as a Bible Study Leader from 2017 to 2019 and is experienced in ministering to fellow Indians at university.
Prisca
Prisca graduated from International Medical University (IMU) with a Bachelor in Pharmacy. She was a Vice President and had 3 years of experience as a Cell Group Leader in Christian Fellowship. During her university years and in her hometown church, she has experience ministering to Chinese-speaking peers. Prisca is currently a staff worker of Reformed University Fellowship (RUF) and is pursuing full time paid ministry in her local church.
Marcus Lim
Marcus has been in Monash University Christian Fellowship for close to 4 years. Being around longer than most, he has had experience leading and planning games for both his CF and church events, in both physical and virtual settings. He has tested many (many) games and knows what works and what doesn’t!
Yu Cheng
Being athletic and energetic since young, Yu Cheng has been learning Taekwondo, and played badminton and basketball for around 6 years, and he was even part of the national team for Malaysia’s Tchoukball Team, competing internationally in 2019! He has also played in the Monash Cup for Frisbee, and is well-versed with captain ball and dodgeball in the university context. It’s no wonder that he is usually the sports guy in Monash University Christian Fellowship that’s tasked to handle and coordinate sports outings. On top of that, is actively serving in Monash CF, with experience in multiple roles including Song Coordinator, Usher & Emcee Head, Koinonia Group Coordinator.
Christine Chong
Christine was part of the Christian Fellowship committee during her high school days and then in Tunku Abdul Rahman University College. After graduating and working, she returned to university ministry a staff worker in a few universities for 3 years. Christine believes that in a wholistic CF, outings and socials have a role to play alongside the studying of God’s Word. That’s why her experience as a staff worker was not limited to teaching students how to read the Bible, she also led the students in organizing countless fruitful outings for their CFs.
Andy Goh
Andy had plenty of experience caring for people in International Medical University CF, serving as a small group leader for 2 years. He applies the skill and continues to serve his local church fervently in this aspect. It is his prayer that his experience in doing people work in CF and church can be used to bless your CFs.

Jonathan Chin
Jonathan served as the President of INTI Christian Fellowship back in 2015. Upon graduating, he entered the workforce in the area of sales. Jonathan is a people person, and is often known as the energetic young man who lifts up the atmosphere. He has been utilizing this gift to encourage the people around him to do great things for Jesus. If you ever need to give your fellow CF-ers a good pep talk, Jonathan is definitely the go-to guy for the hacks to do so well!
Nic Kee
Nic Kee graduated from Monash University with a major in marketing, and he’s also got a knack for organizing fun-filled camps for CFs and youths. He planned his very first camp at the tender age of 15 and has been doing it ever since. Nic Kee served as the Camp Commander at Sunway Christian Fellowship as a student at Sunway College. He has also played major roles in the running of Monash University Christian Fellowship camps, including Technical Support Personnel, Games Coordinator, Assistant Camp Commander, and Camp Commander. He’s got a wealth of experience when it comes to organizing fun and engaging events.
Ruth Voon
Throughout her years as a student in International Medical University (IMU), Ruth has held multiple positions in CF, including Vice President, President, Secretary and Cell Group Leader. It may be easy for most to get caught up with fulfilling the committee roles, but Ruth is above all committed to inviting fellow students on campus for CF so that they can hear the Word preached. Yong Shiuan
Yong Shiuan is currently working as a data scientist in a multinational company. He was a bright student who was awarded a scholarship at Universiti Teknologi Petronas and has vast experience in handling data workflow to generate insights for making data-driven decisions.

Kae Sheng held multiple roles in Monash University Christian Fellowship throughout his university years. He is currently serving his local church with his data analysis gifting. After graduating, he gained experience as a marketer in a multinational company, with organizing and analyzing data as part of his job.
Christie Chin (Piano)
Christie has been serving in the Music Team of her university Christian Fellowship for 3 years, and was recently a Music Coordinator. She is also a keyboardist in her local church, and has experience being part of a music band, performing in various occasions in high school and college. Her musical talents also extend to classical piano, singing and playing the guitar.
Cynthia Evinda (Song Coordinator)
Cynthia has been actively serving in Taylor’s Christian Fellowship for 4 years and has served in various roles, including being a Songs Coordinator. The various positions she held has taught her what it means to be in a CF’s music team as both a leader and a team member. She is also actively serving in the music team of her local church, and is privileged to observe how the leadership plans for the music team. Through her exposure in music, she has learned various technical skills and coordinating skills She hopes to share what she has learned and what she had to unlearn in the pursuit of glorifying God through songs in CFs.

Joshua Chow (Cajon)
Joshua was the Music Coordinator in Monash University Christian Fellowship from 2019-2020. From leading music teams to training others in the cajon and guitar, Joshua’s time in Monash CF has given him vast experience in training and equipping fellow musicians in Christ for the task of music ministry.
Christine Chong
Christine was part of the Christian Fellowship committee during her high school days and then in Tunku Abdul Rahman University College. She has been a staff worker in a few university ministries for 3 years now, and has more than 4 years of leading students in reading the Bible, both in one-on-one settings and in groups.
Soo Jia Ying
Jia Ying graduated from International Medical University (IMU), and was a Secretary and Cell Group Leader in CF. Since her time at university, she has been reading the Bible with others both in individual and group settings. She used to struggle a lot in teaching the bible because she could not read well and found it hard to piece together the many concepts in the Bible. She is thankful that God has given her growth in this area over the years as she slowly picked up the right mindset and skills to read and teach the Bible better. She is now an assistant Growth Group Leader in her local church and is being trained to teach the Bible.

Samuel Tan
Samuel Tan passionately served Monash University Christian Fellowship throughout his university years. On top of being a Bible study group leader, he was also largely involved in taking photos and videos. Currently he is actively serving as a videographer in his church as well as coaching those who are new to it.
